I wanted to personally thank you for the wonderful and awesome job your staff did!

Bill, Laura and Sue were so very kind and courteous! We wouldn't have been able to do this without all of you! Thank you again, Micheal, for handling our sale! I can't say enough about your wonderful staff! Thank you again! You left our property looking like no one was even here (except all was sold!) and I thank them for that.

We receive many letters and emails from our customers, expressing their pleasure with our services and the way we conduct sales on their behalf. On occasion, we receive a letter that really touches us and we would like to share one of those letters with you.

Dear Staff,

This letter comes to you to commend your staff as they handled the estate of someone very close to me.

F.M. was like a second mother to me. She and my mother have been best friends for over 40 years. Similar experiences in accidental deaths of their husbands was a beginning tie that built a life-long friendship. T and D asked my husband and I to spend care time with F for the two months before she passed away. We were sure honored.

Going into her home after her death was a "strange" feeling. Your staff was very caring and considerate, not just of me, but the way they dealt with customers and people who wanted "a better deal" was very professional and courteous. I knew it was a "sale", but it felt like her "things" were respected. I'm not exactly sure how I can explain it; it just seemed to be handled very well.

My mother lives in Illinois and some day, I'll be facing this too. Your staff has given me a clear understanding of how I want things done to honor her. Thank you for doing a tough job with dignity.
